Simon Parkin

Welcome to my website. I have set this up in order to showcase the range of things I do, and to give you the opportunity to purchase or commission arrangements and compositions. You may also contact me about performance or teaching.

I am Simon Parkin, and I currently head the Musicianship Department, and hold the role of Deputy Head of Academic Studies, at the Royal Northern College of Music.

I have done many professional and widely-performed arrangements, notably for Manchester Camerata, Sheku Kanneh-Mason, Jess Gillam and Manchester Collective and I am active as a pianist and an improviser. This website is organised to make it easy for you to find the aspect of my work that most interests you. Below are 4 tabs which lead to the core pages of the site. You can see a short description, and a quick link to each page. Thank you for visiting my site, and I hope you find something here to interest you.
